One night at the airport
An airport is a very interesting location. It's a place where thousands of people work, travel, meet or just watch, day by day. It's busy ... airside, groundside, pilots, crewe, technic, passengers or just visitors. Airplanes are landing and departing in a 2 minute tact. People arrrive or leave by plane, car, cab or train ... 24 hours a day.
One might think it becomes silent after dusk.
And the number of planes queued up for landing is getting smaller.
But that's not true. Bright flood light is illuminating the airport and the areas around.
Hundreds of Airplanes are handled every night. Some of them on the movement areas.
Most of them at the gates.
As soon as one airplane is successfully handled the next one arrives.
Everybody is busy, everything works like clockwork. Time is money. Money is the good we want to maximize, even the tower is optimized to gain incomes.
